Rakion.biz Looking for Moderators (UPDATED: Oct 23, 2012)

We should select moderators based on what they have done on forums recently. We are also checking their backgrounds or if they really meet the conditions to be a MOD.

Exactly. And you just struck an idea to my head.

Perhaps falcon could allow members to nominate potential candidates,who would then be evaluated by the moderator team to see if they meet the REQUIREMENT or not. It would be a more democratic this way as well.

Actually we are now discussing it in a staff forum. Giving our thoughts to each applicants. I think admins will have the hard time choosing who is/are best deserved for the position.

Btw, application for moderator isn't yet closed. This is the last day to submit their application. Those who think they deserve for the position can apply now!

@Kelvin: Biz is still a relatively small site,with its bulk of its operations focused on rakion. I would imagine about 10-20 people applying and only 2-3 getting accepted.
